This website introduces ShangTop, products, manufacturers, partnerships and training activities, and provides a starting point for business enquiries. Content is for information and discussion; a listing, enquiry or informal exchange does not by itself create a confirmed order or service contract.
Please provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing materials, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, or misuse another person’s identity or contact details.
Prices, availability, minimum order quantities, samples, specifications, delivery dates, payment terms and cooperation arrangements must be confirmed for the specific transaction. The final agreed contract and its specifications govern the transaction. Payment, delivery, refunds, warranty, cancellation, taxes, customs and import responsibilities must be agreed before an order is accepted; this website does not establish uniform terms for all products.

Manufacturer descriptions, photographs, certificates and reports concern the entity, product, scope and dates shown in those materials. A displayed certificate is not a substitute for checking its original, issuer, validity, scope and applicability to the intended product and destination market. Request current supporting documents before purchasing. Publication is not a representation that every claim has been independently certified by ShangTop.
Product suitability, quality requirements, inspection standards, sample approval, delivery and payment arrangements should be documented in the transaction agreement. A website presentation does not provide an unlimited guarantee of every product, delivery date or specific use. This does not exclude obligations expressly undertaken by ShangTop or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
Rights in the ShangTop name, original text, images and design belong to ShangTop or the respective rights holders to the extent protected by law. Manufacturer names, trademarks, certificates and supplied images remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Their display does not transfer ownership or grant a general licence.
Except where permitted by law or the applicable licence, obtain permission before copying, republishing, modifying or commercially exploiting protected content. Anyone supplying material for publication must have the required rights or permission. If you believe content infringes your rights, email us with the page URL, the material concerned and information supporting your claim so that we can review it.
